Continuing with everything related to the party that is falling I bring you some original witch brooms for dinner on Halloween.
These are very easy to make cheese brooms that will give an original and different touch to the presentation of the table.
To do them we need the following:
- Emmental cheese (although it can really be made with the cheese you want and even with ham, turkey or anything that can be cut into strips to make the "hair" of the broom).
- Salty Sticks
- Chives Strips
For we must do them:
- Cut the cheese into thin strips about 4-5 cm long. With 6 or 7 strips you can make a broom.
- Surround a salted stick by the already cut strips of cheese.
- Tie the cheese with chives. Be careful with the knots, because the chive is not too resistant and if we squeeze, it will break.
