Diary of my pregnancy: I'm looking for a name for my daughter

The name of our first daughter was always very clear from the sweet conversations of boyfriends about the names of the children.

Instead the second already took us by surprise. In addition, convinced that it was a boy we started looking for male names. But the last echo gave us the unexpected and happy news that it is another girl who is coming.

Which will be his name? He is not quite determined yet. We have reviewed lists of names from front to back and back to front in search of one that stands out from others.

Although everyone has their preferences on their side, the only consensus is in Victoria, which for now is the name chosen unless in the three months that remain ahead another appears to convince us and move it. Victoria is the name of queens, with personality, strong and at the same time its meaning has a positive connotation.

I also like Juana, Isabel or Macarena, but my husband doesn't want to know anything. Instead he proposes Bethlehem or Carolina that they don't give me cold or heat.

Nor do I like to have the name of the mother (and less so if it is called Dolores) or the grandmothers or an aunt. We prefer it to be a name that does not yet exist in the family.

The name is something so important that it cannot be chosen lightly. It lasts nothing less than a lifetime and the name has to hit both a one month old baby and a 40 year old woman.

Of course, suggestions and opinions are accepted. Although it is very personal, I accept ideas and we are open to listen to them.
