The director of a nursery school in the German city of Duisburg has been temporarily suspended following the harsh protests of several parents against the center upon learning that Some of the children who went to daycare used to play naked. Apparently about 10 children used to take off their clothes to play and the teachers decided to allow this desire and let them play without clothes, in a separate room and always guarded.
A spokesman for the nursery commented that "That decision was incorrect because the parents had not been informed about it".
The Duisburg child protection office decided to temporarily suspend the director and strictly prohibit daycare workers from having the children play naked again. Despite these measures many parents distrust the nursery and two thirds Of the 120 children who attended the nursery, they still do not go to the center.
This news comes just one day after I told you that my son used to undress at home. If we consider that the nursery becomes an extension of the home, a place where they have to feel comfortable, I would perfectly understand that my son would do it if he went to the nursery.
