We have seen that cardboard has become very fashionable in children's decoration. We can find cribs, tables, chairs, desks and even trunks to store toys made of this material. In this case I want to show you some beautiful cardboard armchairs ideal for decorating the children's room.
Cardboard has great advantages for children. It is a lightweight material, so they can transport them to any part of the house, it is resistant, durable, and also friendly to the environment as it is one hundred percent recyclable.
The armchairs, designed by Pete Oyler, are perfect to place in the children's room. To create, for example, a reading corner in a well-lit place or if you have enough space, a small room with two armchairs and a small table.
They would look great to complement the decoration in a game room or why not to create a children's environment in the living room.
I find them very original and super nice to give a special touch to the children's room, but I am not convinced by how tempting the chairs are to tear off pieces of cardboard. As children are given to crush them, there is a risk that they will put pieces in their mouths, apart from loading the armchair and leaving pieces all over the floor.
