Susanita's Little Gallery's exhibition is called Sing that movie! and can be seen in the Lunch Box (Madrid)

We have attended the exhibition of Susanita's Little Gallery call Sing that movie! to the Lunch Box & Tiki Room on Calle del Barco number 8 in Madrid. This is Susanita's sixth exhibition that we presented at Peques y Más almost a year ago.

The works are made by more than 60 artists from Spain, USA, France, Canada, China, Colombia, Argentina and Australia and show their works inspired by musical movies. It is a representation of more than 60 films using techniques of all kinds: acrylic, gouache, felt, cut paper, screen printing on wood, etc. The works begin with The Wizard of Oz, that of 1939 and ends with Cry baby from 1990.

All artists, contacted and coordinated by Susana, they belong to the world of illustration and animation, and have collaborated or participate in projects such as Yo Gabba Gabba, The Adventures of Tadeo Jones, Night, Star Wars Clone Wars, Disney, Little Golden Books and many more projects.

The exhibition is now possible to see, virtually, in the online gallery of Susanita's Little Gallery.

In the images that illustrate the article you can see a sample of some of the works of the exhibition.

In addition Susanita's Little Gallery performs donations of 10% of sales to the association ANDA, dedicated to children and young people with disabilities. It is an association of Children and Youth with Disabilities in Alicante whose objective is to defend the rights and improve the quality of life of children and youth affected by a disability. He works with children and young people between the ages of 0 and 30 years performing technical and specialized interventions, always guided by the principles of social integration and standardization.

We went through the inauguration, which was full of enthusiastic public, we took the opportunity to chat with Susana and congratulate her for the great exhibition that is Sing that movie!, and we also had something at the Lunch Bar. The sample can be visited until April 21, 2013. I recommend it to shop around the center of Madrid during these vacation days.

The works can be acquired And the prices are of all kinds. Many of them exceed 100 euros although seeing how savings are being put, probably investing in art is of the little that we have left to make the investment profitable.
