Today we are going to prepare a delicious chicken and vegetable puree, either to make with a traditional pan and blender system or to make with Thermomix or any other kitchen robot, in case you have it at home. As for the final texture, in this case we have left the mash with a rustic touch, without crushing it to the fullest so that the children already begin to notice its texture and train the chewing, but if you want it as a cream, there is only crush it longer and / or pass it through a sieve. You can also use other vegetables such as carrot, leek or tomato and the potito will be equally delicious. When the potatoes take approximately 20 minutes of cooking we will add the meat. As the breast is cooked in a very short time it will be enough to add the chicken fillets at the last moment to cook for about 5 minutes at the end of cooking vegetables.

Once the cooking is finished, we pass the vegetables and the breast to the glass of a blender and we crush it. Save the cooking water in case you have to add a little to facilitate crushing in case we have become too thick. Once crushed, we pass the pot to a saucepan where we will have it ready to heat and give it to our children.

If you are going to do it using a kitchen robot, we chop the vegetables and put them in the glass. We close and shred at maximum speed for a few seconds. Then we lower the remains that have been left on the edges and cover with a little water, just to cover. We cook at 100º for 15 minutes at speed 1 or spoon speed. Add the chicken breast and cook another 5 minutes. When finished, we crush with the turbo.
